Coming up with plentiful and original content for your website can be difficult. You want to grasp your current audience’s attention every day all while trying to gain new followers. Sharing text article after every text article can be dull and make your content seem monotonous. You think you have enough written content on your website but not collecting all the leads you want? Make sure the you produce a content worth sharing & more interesting. Cannot think of new ways to attract more traffic to your business?

Here are a few ideas for to get your creative juices flowing for content marketing:

Video

A Wharton Research Study concluded that visitors spend close to six minutes on a video site versus an average of 42 seconds on a text site. Videos are more attractive to people browsing the Internet than lines and line of continuous text. Engage your audience, visually, by adding videos in your mix of content. Plus, videos are really easy to share over most social networking outlets and can be easily embedded into blogs.

Are you a public speaker? Edit clips together of yourself speaking at a conference or to a group of people. Turn your videos into a series for a podcast. That way, you will be able to gain loyal subscribers.  Some people are visual learners, so composing videos and sharing them will help your audience learn more about your company.

Images

Do you have some eye-catching photos in hand? Compile them all into a photo gallery or two. With photo galleries, you can engage your audience with appealing photos that lead to your website. For example, if you are a restaurant owner that recently added newer items to your menu, your customers will want to see if it appeases to their senses. Create a photo gallery of your new menu items and then through social media, you can create a link that will land them to your new gallery. If the looks of your photos appeal to your audience, right there, you can accumulate business.

You can also create an infographic. Infographics are a fun and interesting way to present information you want to share with your audience. They are also handy for posting information over social networking sites like Pinterest. Check out these free user-friendly infographic templates you can use to make your own.

You can also be simple and just add photos to your texts posts. If you want to be more interesting you could post articles like Buzzfeed and include Graphic Interchange Format (GIF) images to your text posts. The most recent trend being GIFs utilized as reaction images.

Break it Up

Do you have a lot of information but you do not want to put it all in one post? Break up your content into smaller pieces. It makes the information you want to share easier for your audience to read. Not everyone has the time to read all the info in one sitting. If you just want to compose them together, link your all of your articles with the same subject into one master post.

Re-present

Have a lot of posts from a few years ago? Update your old content. Due to advancements in our society, some of your articles posted a couple of years back may seem outdated to a newer audience. Rejuvenate your information to go with the present. If you update your older work to go with what is current, you can attract more people to your site.

Change up your original content like a DJ would remix an original song. If they are plain texts posts, embed an image that is related to the content that you have written. Also, if you want to be a little more creative, you could turn research text into an infographic to make it easier for the reader to process.
