Kari Polak is a Houston-area family photographer who has a knack for capturing those extra special moments with family and friends, on film, in the most truest form. Kari uses organic light and minimizes props and posing so that the beauty of life’s moments is purely and naturally captured. Whether you’re on land or underwater, she has a passion for finding inspiration and capturing every moment with every single client.

Small Screen Producer is so excited to present Kari’s brand new website presence. The gorgeous site is a WordPress-integrated, web responsive design. The homepage features, of course, a beautiful high-resolution photo slider that showcases Kari’s beautiful work.

Under the photo slider, you can read all about Kari and her approach to newborn, family, child, High School Senior, and underwater photography and see a custom created introductory video about her and her work. Side widgets on the right-hand side feature the four main categories of her work, where visitors can click to see examples of each.

Under those main category buckets, visitors can click on Kari’s blog and read real, tried, and true testimonials from past clients.

From there, visitors can explore the website using the navigation at the top of the page. Ready for your first shoot, but not sure what to expect? Click on the “FAQs” and “Your Photo Session” to learn more about what to expect directly from the photographer.

Visitors can also access Kari’s portfolio (the same categories you see on the home page) of family, children, senior portraits, and fun underwater moments. By the way, if those underwater pictures look familiar, they’re of Texas Swim Academy swimmers! Kari is the official appointed photographer to take photos of your little swimmers!

When you’re done with your photo session, Kari uploads your gallery online so you can order your photos by clicking on the client portal at and viewing your password-protected gallery.
